In the last decade Information technology has witnessed a tremendous growth. Rapid advancement in the communication technologies for medias like television, computer, internet, printing and publishing has enabled us to get prompt access to required information. IT in the country has played a major role in placing India on the international map & COVID situation has enhanced it drastically.

After the "Digital India" initiative of Government of India I am happy to announce that IIME Bhubaneswar chapter has successfully launched its web site. This web site is our mirror image and all our activities are show cased. Presently the website contains our previous years and current years activities. The IIME Bhubaneswar Chapter is involved in various activates such as conducting seminars or conferences, professional interactions, Industrial tours, invited talks, conducting trainings or skill development programmes, interacting with government or its agencies for the developments in the mineral & steel sectors Some of the notable past events of IIME Bhubaneswar Chapter are MPT-2004, MPT-2009, MPT-2013, CBPI-2019, HRDG-2016, HRDW-2015 etc.

The IMME Bhubaneswar Chapter has been the recipient of the best IIME Chapters award for several years and more particularly for three consecutive time from 2015 to 2017. The chapter has done wonderful work in the past and came to the lime light. Now this site will further open up the new horizon across the globe for a better communication. IIME Bhubaneswar chapter constitutes of qualified and professional members performing for long years and are the backbone behind the success of the chapter.

I strongly believe that at IIME Bhubaneswar Chapter is our true strength & it lies in the quality of our members, many of whom have been with us for several years and consider this institution to be a part of their family. Today I am proud to say that we have created a work place where loyalty, sincerity, and hard work our members will be reflected through this web site.. I wish a grand success of this chapter.
